This Sources Sought Notice is not a request for formal proposals or quotes. It is neither a solicitation announcement nor a request for proposals or quotes and does not obligate the Government to award a contract. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. Responses to this Sources Sought must be in writing. The Canandaigua VA Medical Center 400 Fort Hill Ave, Canandaigua, NY 14424 has a requirement for a contractor to provide one year of maintenance services with the provision of four option years for the generators listed below. The service shall include: All planned tests and inspection services will be conducted during standard business hours (7:00AM to 4:00PM) on Monday through Friday. Any exceptions to this schedule will need to be approved in advance with the COR. Annual Inspections shall be performed as scheduled with COR, December of each contract year. Full Service shall be performed as scheduled with COR, May of each contract year. Load Bank testing shall be performed as scheduled with COR (performed May) once every 36 months for 500KW Cummins generator (30% or greater of nameplate rating). Fuel sample will be drawn during May full service and a fuel analysis report will be provided to COR upon completion for these 3 generators: 500 KW Cummins, 1 MEG Caterpillar, and 550 KW Marathon. EQUIPMENT TO BE SERVICED The NAICS Code is 811310 Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Repair and Maintenance with a Small Business size standard of $7.5 million. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the Canandaigua VA Medical Center. This is not a solicitation.
