The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO 2), Cheektowaga, New York intends to solicit quotes from contractors capable of providing dialysis water quality testing services for the New York Harbor Healthcare System, Manhattan (423 E. 23rd Street, New York, NY) and Brooklyn (800 Poly Place, Brooklyn, NY 11209) facilities. The VA anticipates issuing an RFQ for this requirement on or about March 3, 2025, to be posted to sam.gov. The anticipated Period of Performance for the base year is March 24, 2025 through February 28, 2026 with four one-year option periods. This requirement is being solicited as a veteran owned small business (VOSB) set-aside. All instructions for submitting quotes will be provided in the solicitation. Prospective offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of submission of quotes. Contractors may obtain SAM information at https://www.sam.gov.
