This notice is being issued exclusively for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) vendors. The Network Contracting Office (NCO 2) is seeking potential qualified contractor(s) to provide both onsite and on-call Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) staffing services for the Syracuse VA Medical Center, located at 800 Irving Avenue Syracuse, NY 13210. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO 2) of New York is seeking sources from contractors to provide temporary Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) staffing services for the Syracuse VA Medical Center under a single award, fixed price Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Identical services are currently being performed by an incumbent SDVOSB contractor. The services required are for a mix of onsite and on-call coverage totaling 7.175 Full-Time Equivalent (FTE). 3.92 FTE coverage is needed for onsite CRNA services, Monday through Friday during regular business hours without federal holidays. The remaining 3.255 FTE is for weekend, holiday, evening and nighttime on-call services/call-back to provide 24x7 coverage for the Syracuse VA Medical Center outside of regular business hours. The period of performance will be one year, plus a (1) six-month option to be exercised at the discretion of the Government.
