NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE-SOURCE: Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Regional Procurement Office East (RPO East), Network Contracting Office 2 (NCO 2) intends to award a sole-source contract award to Conmed for repair and maintenance services on hardware and software components of the Airseal IFS at the Syracuse VA Medical Center. The NAICS code is 811210. Syracuse Equipment List (Conmed OEM): NOMENCLATURE QUANTITY Airseal IFS (SN #: 1907CE0236, 1907CE0235) 2 TOTAL: 2 Repair and maintenance services shall satisfy the standards of the Original Equipment Manufacturer (Conmed) and include inspection of hardware defects, replacement of any necessary OEM only parts, software updates by the OEM, troubleshooting new software, and phone technical support Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm. This agreement shall include all parts, labor, and travel. Contractor shall be an authorized service provider for Conmed, Airseal IFS equipment. Conmed is the only known authorized provider in the Syracuse, NY area for service agreements on Airseal IFS equipment. This is not a request for competitive quotes, however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification prior to the response due date and time. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the award. Responses are due by December 3, 2024, 12:00 noon. Responses shall be submitted via email to kyle.pelling2@va.gov.
