No formal solicitation document exists at this time. We are seeking information for market research purposes only. The Government will not pay for any information solicited. The VHA Network Contracting Office 2 (NCO 2) is conducting a market survey to find qualified vendors capable of providing comprehensive dental laboratory services for the Bath VA Medical Center, Canandaigua VA Medical Center, and Rochester Calkins VA Clinic of the VA Finger Lakes Healthcare System. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to determine the availability of potential contractors to provide the required services outlined below. This is not a request for proposals but a market research effort to determine the capabilities and interest of small businesses. 1. Background: The VA Finger Lakes Healthcare System requires dental laboratory services to meet the needs of its Veteran population. Services and products provided must adhere to the highest standards of quality, ensuring precision, durability, and care for dental prosthetics and restorations. 2. Scope of Work: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform dental laboratory services, including but not limited to: Complete Dentures: Design, set-up, and processing of full sets. Custom Impression Trays: Tailored to individual patient requirements. Bite Rims: Set-up and processing for accurate bite registration. Partial Dentures: Design, set-up, and processing. Frameworks: Custom design and processing of partial denture frameworks. Denture Repairs: Repairs of dentures, including laser welding techniques. Occlusal Guards: Fabrication of traditional occlusal guards. Reline/Rebase Services: Ensuring proper fit and comfort for dentures. Precision Attachments: Enhanced dental prosthetics attachments. Fixed Prosthetics: Multi-unit bridges, single units, porcelain composites, metal restorations, etc. Implant Restorations: Implant-supported crowns and guides. 3. Contractor Requirements: Denture tooth set-ups to be completed within 3 working days; partial frameworks within 5 working days; fixed bridges (4-9 units) within 10 working days. Provision of Rx forms, case boxes, and shipping labels. All manufacturing must be performed in the United States. Certified by the National Association of Dental Laboratories and compliance with FDA and ANSI standards. Maintain sufficient records and a Quality Assurance Program for superior fit and minimal chair time. Adherence to strict infection control standards in compliance with CDC, OSHA, and ADA guidelines. 4. Period of Performance: Base Year: 01/01/2025 12/31/2025 Option Year 1: 01/01/2026 12/31/2026 Option Year 2: 01/01/2027 12/31/2027 Option Year 3: 01/01/2028 12/31/2028 Option Year 4: 01/01/2029 12/31/2029 5.
