NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE-SOURCE: Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Regional Procurement Office East (RPO East), Network Contracting Office 2 (NCO 2) intends to award a sole-source contract award to New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) for hazardous waste remediation fees in accordance with VAMOU 835031, from 12/01/2024 to 11/30/2025, with the provision of four (4) option years, at the Canandaigua VA Medical Center. The NAICS code is 562211. NYSDEC is the only known service provider capable of fulfilling this requirement in accordance with legal agreement VAMOU 835031. This is not a request for competitive quotes, however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification prior to the response due date and time. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the award. Responses are due by November 12th, 2024, at 12:00pm. Responses shall be submitted via email to Nathan.northrup@va.gov.
