The purpose of this amendment is to correct the Unit of Measure for the line items included in Section 2 - Scope of Work section of the solicitation. The Unit of Measure for the Milk for Life 8 oz product is CS for Case. The Unit of Measure for all other line items is EA for Each. This applies to line items at both the Bath and Canandaigua facilities. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. See attached Request for Quote for details.
