The scope of this project is Work performed under this scope will be for and conducted within the VA Western New York Healthcare System (VAWNYHS) at the Buffalo VA Medical Center (VAMC) located at 3495 Bailey Avenue Buffalo, NY 14215. This Statement of Work is for BLDG. 1, 1ST FLR., E-WING INTER. ENTRY RENOVATIONS at the Buffalo VAMC that shall be awarded under a firm fixed price contract. All located at the Buffalo VA Medical Center. This procurement is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses . The NAICS code is 236220. The small business standard is $45 Million. The cost range is $100,000 and $250,000. Information regarding the one and only site visit scheduled will be stated in the Solicitation.
