The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 2 is currently conducting a market survey to locate qualified firms capable of a STERIS-Multiple Items for VHAWNYHS Procurement for Buffalo VAMC. The Buffalo VAMC is seeking a brand name or equal (STERIS) to purchase the replacement or addition of current, in-house equipment: STERIS AMSCO 7053 HP Washer (1), STERIS AMSCO 400 Prevacuum Steam Single Hinge, Recessed, Wall sterilizers (2), STERIS Innowave PCF Irrigator Thermal Disinfector w/ Robotics Program Sonics (3), STERIS Automated Pass Thru Window (1), STERIS AMSCO Rack Return w/o Conveyors Unit (1), STERIS Atlas 48” sterilizer Loading Carts (4), STERIS Atlas AMSCO 400 sterilizer Transfer Carriages (4), STERIS washer Auto Docking Long Chamber Transfer Carts (4), STERIS Medivator Advantage Pass Thru Automatic Endo Reprocessor (AERs) (4) and accessory hook ups, transport STERIS Endo Dry Cabinets (6) Those capable of providing these services should submit a statement regarding their capability on a document containing the official company letterhead. Additionally, those interested and capable shall provide a designated point of contact, the business DUNS Number, and the business Socioeconomic status in their response to this posting. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 339113. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification/ socioeconomic status (service-disabled veteran owned small business, veteran owned small business, HUB Zone, 8(a), small business or large business), relative to NAICS 399113. Responses to this notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. Responses to this notice should include company/individual name, a service capability statement, examples of similar facilities for which you have provided services to, DUNS number, address, point of contact and social-economic category (ex: SBVOSB, VOSB, 8(a), HUBZone, WOSB, EDWOSB, Small Business). If your firm is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned or Veteran Owned Small Business, you must be VERIFIED.
