This is NOT a solicitation, and no solicitation documents are currently available. This pre-solicitation notice is for Request for Quote (RFQ) for project. No.632-24-105 CONDUCT DUCT BANK SURVEY at Northport. This project seeks to investigate electrical manholes throughout the Northport VA Hospital located at 79 Middleville Rd Northport, NY 11768. This project will be 100% Set-Aside to Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Competition for this procurement is restricted to verified SBA VetCert SERVICE- DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB) Contractors. The SDVOSB must be a small business under the relevant NAICS code. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238210 Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors, with a Size Standard of $19 million. Prospective contractors must be certified with SBA VetCert https://veterans.certify.sba.gov and must be registered at https://www.sam.gov in accordance with 38 CFR Part 74 and VAAR 819.70 to be eligible for award. A site visit held for this project and all prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to attend. Details of the site visit will be included in the solicitation document. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued on/about Tuesday July 30th 2024.
