PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES: The intent of this Sources Sought Notice is to identify potential offerors capable of providing inspection and periodic maintenance of fire suppression and sprinkler systems at the James J. Peters VA Medical Center (130 West Kingsbridge Road, Bronx, NY 10468). The proposed contract action is expected to be a Firm Fixed Price contract with a base period of performance approximately July 15, 2024, through July 14, 2025, with four option years. STATEMENT OF WORK SUMMARY: The James J. Peters VA Medical Center requires inspection and periodic maintenance of the following systems: Under-floor CO2 fire suppression system Pre-action sprinkler systems Dry-pipe sprinkler systems Fire suppression for eight kitchen hoods Radioactive storage shed suppression system Fire extinguishers throughout the campus To be considered capable the vendor shall have at least 1 year experience performing maintenance and inspections of comparable size, scope, and complexity. RESPONSE: Responses to this Sources Sought Notice should demonstrate the firm's experience in delivering the service listed above, as well as capability of performing these services in the areas listed above.
