General The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Integrated Service Network (2), as defined below, intendeds to award a firm-fixed price contract to a qualified firm with the capacity and capability to perform, but limited to, the following excerpt from the scope of work. This firm-fixed price requirement is for service maintenance, emergency repairs, and support services for one (1) Liebert NPower UPS and all subsidiary equipment and emergency repairs for one (1) Eaton UPS and all subsidiary equipment (listed below) , located at the Syracuse VA Medical Center, 800 Irving Avenue, Syracuse, NY 13210 from 08/01/2024 to 07/31/2025. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and material to perform the required services in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Industry Standards. The contractor shall furnish only new standard parts (manufactured by the maker of the equipment, or equal thereto) excluding consumables. All parts shall be of current manufacture (or equal thereto) and shall have full versatility with presently installed equipment.
