Your response to this notice will be treated as information only. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the Government will arise as a result of contractor submission of responses to this announcement or the Government use of such information. The NAICS Code is 532490, Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing with a small business size standard of $40.0 Million. PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES: The intent of this Sources Sought Notice is to identify potential offerors capable of supplying and installing three (3) 400-ton air cooled chillers for a rental period of 6 months and two (2) 400-ton air cooled chillers to the same specifications for a rental period of 3 months during June, July and August 2024 at the Manhattan VA Medical Center (423 East 23rd Street, New York, NY 10010). The proposed contract action is expected to be a one-time Firm Fixed Price contract. STATEMENT OF WORK SUMMARY: The Manhattan VA Medical Center requires (3) 400-ton air cooled chillers for a rental period of 6 months and two (2) 400-ton air cooled chillers to the same specifications for a rental period of 3 months during June, July and August 2024. The Contractor shall provide all assembly necessary and connect all chilled water piping from the three (5) air cooled chillers to the Manhattan VAMC main chilled water system. The Contractor shall, at the end of the rental period, remove all installed materials and return the chillers. RESPONSE: Responses to this Sources Sought Notice should demonstrate the firm's experience in delivering the service listed above, as well as capability of performing these services in the areas listed above.
