The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), VISN 2, VA Stratton VA Medical Center, 113 Holland Ave, Albany, NY 12208, is intending to solicit this contract for BEI Boiler Deficiency Repairs utilizing a small-business set-aside commercial ordering procedures.  The proposed contract action is for a firm fixed price task order using NAICS 238220 (Plumbing, heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors). The solicitation is anticipated to be issued in September 2024, with an anticipated award by August 20 of 2024. The period of performance will consist of approximately 30 days after the award date. This is an update of the solicitation period and number of option years from the previous announcement.
