The Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 02 intends to solicit from a single source IAW 13.106(b) to obtain a full-service contract for Repair and Preventative Maintenance Services for GE/Datex-Ohmeda E-sCAiO Gas Modules. Period of performance: Base Year: 04/18/2024 04/17/2024 Option Year 1: 04/18/2024 04/17/2025 Option Year 2: 04/18/2025 04/17/2026 Option Year 3: 04/18/2026 04/17/2027 Basic description of the requirement: The Department of Veterans Affairs Northport Medical Center requires repair and maintenance on existing GE/Datex-Ohmeda E-sCAiO Gas Modules. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, equipment, tools, materials, repair service, software updates, parts, etc., for complete On-Site Maintenance and Repair Services. Maintenance services will be provided, at the request of the VA, to diagnose and correct equipment malfunctions on a routine basis. Full-service contract shall include all necessary labor, tools, equipment, transportation, and parts required to perform repair and PM on listed equipment. All services shall be performed solely by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) as Datex-Ohmeda, Inc. is the sole authorized source to provide services to their equipment. All equipment shall be maintained in proper operating condition as specified by the OEM. Vendor shall have access to OEM s parts, manuals, and schematics to perform the service. Vendors shall have their own schematics available on site at time of service. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by March 20, 2024, at 4:00PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). The Department of Veterans Affairs will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice of intent. Only written responses from responsible sources will be considered. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award.
