This firm-fixed price requirement is for Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual critical water supply system (CWSS) testing at the Syracuse VA Medical Center, located at 800 Irving Avenue, Syracuse, NY 13210 from 03/01/2024 to 02/28/2025, including four (4) option years. Testing is needed to analyze CWSS within the Sterile Processing Service (SPS), to ensure compliance with established parameters of water quality as set by AAMI TIR 2014/2017(r) and VA Directive 1116.
