SOLICITATION NOTICE Network Contracting Office 02 is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Board Certified Interventional Radiology Physician Services in accordance with the specifications contained herein to beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the VA New York Healthcare System, James J. Peters Bronx VAMC Campus. Contracting has been approved to solicit as 100% Small Business Set Aside on GSA E-BUY to protentional GSA FSS for one (1) FTE Interventional Radiology that includes on-call. The agency will be required to have a minimum of 3 Interventional Radiologists to be vetted for the life of each Task Order through 2029, unless GSA FSS of the agency does not have remaining option years to cover the requested period of performance. The government intends to award to a fixed price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. The period of performance is estimated at October 1, 2024 (or date of award) through September 30, 2029. The RFQ will be for one base period of one (1) year, with four (4) one (1) year options if awarded at the discretion of the Government. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the offer submission process. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, prospective contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award at the time of Quote submission. The applicable NAICS Code is 621111 and PSC is Q522, Radiology. All offerors are responsible for downloading all documents including amendments at the Federal Business Opportunities website without further notification from the Contracting Officer. Place of Performance: Contractor shall furnish services at the VA New York Health Care System, Bronx Campus, 130 West Kingsbridge Road, Bronx, New York, 10468.
