The Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 02 intends to solicit from a single source IAW 13.106(b) to obtain a Medialab Cloud-Based Laboratory Software Network System Subscription. Period of performance: Base Year: 3/1/2024-2/28/2025 Option Year 1: 3/1/2025-2/28/2026 Option Year 2: 3/1/2026-2/28/2027 Option Year 3: 3/1/2027-2/29/2028 Option Year 4: 3/1/2028-2/28/2029 Basic description of the requirement: The VA New York Harbor Healthcare System s Pathology and Laboratory and Medicine Service s (NYH PLMS) requires a Medialab Cloud-Based Laboratory Software Network System Subscription. MediaLab Solutions LLC document control service is vital to New York Harbor PLMS success in sustaining accreditation compliance and continuity of operations. A lapse in continual service will result in work stoppage and catastrophic delay in patient care. Services Include: comprehensive software solution for document control competency records accreditation inspection preparation non-conforming event reporting lab-related continuing education. The challenge faced by the PLMS workforce is comprehensive training on multiple types of software in order to competently perform work duties. Employees must learn VA employee applications, multiple-vendor middleware applications, and health informatics applications. Having a single software platform that meets compliance for the multiple purposes listed is imperative to ensuring adequate compliance in each of these areas. MediaLab Solutions, LLC exclusively offers Document Control, lnspection Proof, Compliance & Continuing Education, Personnel Documentation, Compass, Histology Compliance & CE, Intelligent Quality Engine College of America Pathologist Assessment Hub (CAPA), Exam Simulators, and Case Simulators that no other entity offers. MediaLab is the only provider of an integrated laboratory quality management platform including Virtual Microscopy Case Simulators, Compliance & CE, Document Control, InspectionProof, Compass, Personnel Documentation MediaLab, Inc. and is the sole source for all of our laboratory quality solutions and does not have any authorized third parties., IQE and all other MediaLab software solutions. This QMS system is provided exclusively by MediaLab is the only company that allows for the download of the Regulatory Readiness which is required through the Joint Commission. The contractor system shall have at least five (5) permission levels, personnel documents file, capable of creating forms for action reports, and keep track of corrective actions reports.
