Sources Sought Notice Sources Sought Notice Page 3 of 3 Sources Sought Notice *= Required Field Sources Sought Notice Page 1 of 3 NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 2 (NCO 2) intends to award a sole source open market purchase order to Bayer Healthcare LLC, 100 Bayer Blvd, Whipanny, New Jersey 07981-1544 for a Provis Injector (see table below) preventative maintenance service requirement at the Syracuse VAMC located at 800 Irving Avenue, Syracuse, New York 13210. This service maintenance requirement shall include annual preventative maintenance and calibration of Provis Injectors. THIS IS NOT A NOTICE FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements above, may give written notice prior to the response due date and time. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirements. Responses will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the award. Responses are due on 01/04/2024 at 12:00pm EST. Responses shall be submitted via email to Contracting Specialist Anthony B.
