The Bath VA Medical Center in Bath, NY, requires monthly rental and disposal of a 30-yard dumpster for construction debris, bi-weekly disposal of a 6-yard recycling container, and monthly rental of another 30-yard dumpster for metal recycling. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, and materials. Responses must be submitted in writing to the specified Contracting Officer.
