This is a request for information in order to conduct market research regarding the availability of VetCert verified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business or Veteran Owned Small business that can provide temporary Primary Care Physician staffing services. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. This RFI is for FSS 621-I schedule holders only. KEY PERSONNEL REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 2, and the VA Finger Lakes Healthcare System (VAFLHCS) anticipate the award of a firm fixed price contract approximately 2/15/24 for the following services: The Contractor shall furnish all personnel necessary to perform Primary Care Physician Services for the VA Finger Lakes Healthcare System (VAFLHCS)which includes the Canandaigua and Bath VA Medical Centers and all ancillary facilities. Location will be selected based on current provider staffing needs at each Medical Center. A range of 1.0 - 3.0 FTE is required during each contract period of performance. The current need is 3.0 FTE; 1.0 FTE at the Rochester Outpatient Clinic, 1.0 FTE at the Canandaigua VA Medical Center and 1.0 FTE at the Bath VA Medical Center. The exact number of FTE cannot be determined with certainty since it is dependent on the ability of the VA to recruit permanent physicians. The Contract physicians shall be Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. The appropriate North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561320 Temporary Help Services with a size standard of $30.0M.
