Period of performance: 12 months base and four 12 months option periods. Base: 12/15/2023-11/31/2024 Option Year 1: 12/01/2024-11/31/2025 Option Year 2: 12/01/2025-11/31/2026 Option Year 3: 12/01/2026-11/31/2027 Option Year 4: 12/01/2027-11/31/2028 Basic description of the requirement: The Pathology & Laboratory Dept is requesting annual and full services to maintain and repair unit to manufacturer specification and be ready for patient care. The Contractor should provide all resources (labor, equipment, parts and services) necessary to accomplish full maintenance services on the Ventana BENCHMARK SPECIAL STAINER, serial number 5113042. The proprietary nature of the technology contained within the instrument requires that only the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) perform maintenance and service procedures. All work shall be in accordance with the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) standards. The contractor shall provide remedial service including all labor, travel and parts if required to repair any malfunction with any of the above listed units. Response for emergency repairs within 24 hours of request Monday through Friday local time. Two annual Preventative Maintenance service will be performed by FES. The HE 600 platform shall receive two (2) annual PM s. Unlimited on-site applications troubleshooting by a Contractor Field Applications Specialist (FAS).
