PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE TEST AND CALIBRATIONONs SWITCHGEAR The Syracuse VA Medical Center located at 800 Irving Avenue, Syracuse, NY 13210 has a requirement for test and Calibrations of Switchgear. The period of performance March 1, 2024 to April 1, 2024 with a no option years. The Contractor will be required to provide all necessary steps in providing the test and calibrations of switchgear for the Syracuse VA Medical Center. Contractor personnel doing testing shall be certified by the International Electrical Testing Association (NETA) or NICET as Certified Technicians, no exceptions. Contractors shall have the latest versions of the following references: NFPA 70, National Electrical Code. NFPA 70B, Recommended Practice for Electrical Equipment Maintenance. NFPA 70E, Standard for Electrical Safety for the Workplace. NFPA 110, Standard for Emergency and Standby Power System. OSHA Standard 29 CFR 1910, Subparts I & S. The NAICS Code is 238210 Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors Size Standard: $19 million Classification code: H959 The RFQ will be open unrestricted and will be posted to SAM.gov on or around November 20, 2023. This is subject to change.
