Presolicitation Notice Presolicitation Notice Page 4 of 4 Page 1 of Page 1 of Page 1 of 1 The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO 2), Cheektowaga, New York intends to solicit quotes from contractors to provide Service of the Restroom Odor Control Units at the Northport VA Medical Center, 79 Middleville Road, Northport, NY 11768 and further defined in the Statement of Work (SOW) of the solicitation under a firm-fixed price contract. The VA anticipates issuing an RFQ for this requirement on or about November 21, 2023 to be posted to www.SAM.gov. This procurement will be solicited in accordance with FAR Part 12 Commercial Items and FAR Part 13.5 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from that website, and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the quote submission process. Perspective offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of submission of quotes. Contractors may obtain SAM information at https://www.sam.gov. NAICS Code is 561720 - Janitorial Services with a Small Business Size Standard of 22.0 M. The classification code is S201. The solicitation is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses (SDVOSB) request for quotations (RFQ). All SDVOSB s under the identified NAICS may submit quotes to be considered by the Agency. Verification shall be done via SBA VetCert.
