PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES: The intent of this Sources Sought Notice is to identify potential offerors capable of providing aseptic/remediation type cleaning and housekeeping services at the Northport VA Medical Center. The proposed contract action is expected to be a Firm Fixed Price contract with a base period of performance approximately December 18, 2023, through December 17, 2024 with two option years. STATEMENT OF WORK SUMMARY: The Northport VA Medical Center requires daily cleaning and restocking of the 29 public restrooms and floor care work, including stripping, waxing, machine scrubbing and burnishing for approximately 147,603 square feet of floors. Allocated labor hours: 56 hours daily with a total of 1,212 hours per month. VAMC Northport will furnish all cleaning supplies, including wax and stripper. The contractor shall provide all personnel and equipment. RESPONSE: Responses to this Sources Sought Notice should demonstrate the firm's experience in delivering the service listed above, as well as capability of performing these services in the areas listed above.
