This pre-solicitation notice is a correction to the previous notice posted on 6/7/24. This pre-solicitation notice is to inform that the VA Medical Center, Bath, New York will be posting a solicitation on or about June 25th , 2024 for STATION WIDE REPAVING at the Bath VA Medical Center. Project No. 528A6-24-609 Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and supervision necessary to provide paving at various locations throughout the Bath VA Station. The work includes milling and overlaying asphalt pavement at the locations shown on the contract documents. Work also includes resetting various catch basin frames, and painting pavement markings within the work areas. Work is to be performed under active traffic and contractor shall provide adequate work zone traffic controls. The NAICS code is 237310. The small business standard is $45.0 M. The cost range is $500,000 and $1,000,000. Information regarding the one and only site visit scheduled will be stated in the Solicitation. A 20% Bid Bond must be submitted with the bid. Performance and Payment bonds will be required.
