This notice is for Solicitation Number 36C24224B0022, Project Number 620A4-19-203 Replace Fan Coils in Building 15H1 CLC at the VA Hudson Valley Health Care System, Castle Point Campus, 41 Castle Point Road, Wappingers Falls, New York 12590. This shall be a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. As a result, all SDVOSB's may submit a bid, which will be considered by the agency. This project is classified under NAICS Code 236220 and has a size standard of $45 Million. The Magnitude of Construction for this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $2,000,000.00. Scope of Work: The scope of work shall generally consist of, but not limited to the following: Contractor shall replace and install new 4 pipe Fan Coil units (FCU) and thermostats in each patient s room. piping installations be made to enable the new fan coils to be a 4-pipe System. Install new control system manifold and electrical panels to support the FCUs in H1. This project includes all materials, equipment, personnel and supervision to accomplish the work as described in the contract drawings, specifications specified herein and comply with VA specifications and VA regulations, procedures and conditions for work at the medical center and any applicable codes as per requirements of all governing agencies for project number 620A4-19-203, Buildings 15H1 Replace Fan Coil Units at the Castle Point Campus of the Hudson Valley Health Care System, New York. Current units are 2 pipe system and will be replace with a 4-pipe system and install associated systems in their support for full function. Project Completion: 180 Calendar Days from Notice to Proceed (NTP). All other details and information shall be contained in the solicitation which shall be posted on www.sam.gov. The solicitation will be released on or about March 8, 2024 The response submittal address, date and time will be included in the solicitation.
