No, we do not have a specific make and model. What is the intent for the BMS / Control System running the VAVs? Will this be tied into the BMS serving Ward 9C? The scope of this project is PHASE 1 Room 1106D: • General demolition; includes asbestos abatement of steam radiators heat shields and exposed piping. • HVAC includes replacement of VAV’s. • Construction/renovation; new walls, wall infills, ceiling. • Grids/lighting fixtures and floors • Coordinate electrical work with VA COR and VA Electric Shop. • Place ceiling tiles and coordinate install of prefab walls. COR to coordinate with the employees in room 1109C for relocation before phase II can begin.
