Pre-Solicitation Notice 632-16-103 Replace Roof and Repair Facades Phase 1 ****THIS NOT A SOLICITATION**** THIS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE IS TO INFORM YOU THAT THE NORTHPORT VA MEDICAL CENTER, LOCATED AT 79 MIDDLEVILLE ROAD NORTHPORT, NY 11768 WILL BE POSTING A SOLICITATION ON OR ABOUT FEBRUARY 07, 2024, FOR THE REPLACE ROOF AND REPAIR FACADES PHASE 1 PROJECT. The Northport VA Medical Center (VAMC) was constructed in the late 1940 s. It is a steel and masonry structure whose exterior facade requires maintenance to repair weather damage that has accumulated over time. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. The NAICS code is 238160. The small business standard is $19 Million. The magnitude of construction is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. A 20% Bid Bond must be submitted with the bid. Information regarding the scheduled site visit will be stated in the Solicitation.
