Page 2 of 2 PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE THIS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE IS TO INFORM YOU THAT THE STRATTON VA MEDICAL CENTER, LOCATED AT 113 HOLLAND AVE, ALBANY, NY 12208 WILL BE POSTING A SOLICITATION ON OR ABOUT FEBRUARY 7, 2024 FOR THE RENOVATE FOR CT A221-223 PROJECT. The project includes construction period services for the demolition and renovation of the Albany VAMC main hospital 2nd floor, A-wing s A221, A222 and A223 totaling approximately 575 square feet. The goal of the project is to renovate the existing spaces into one CT suite consisting of a CT scanner room and separate CT Control Room. The construction will be a complete interior gut and renovation as needed and identified on the drawings and in the specifications to create from the three separate rooms (A221, A222 and A223) one CT suite. Included is asbestos & lead abatement necessary. Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for Stratton VA Medical Center Renovate for CT A221, A222-223 as required by the contract drawings and specifications. This procurement will be a 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. The NAICS code is 236220. The small business standard is $45 Million. The magnitude of construction per FAR part 36 is between $250,000 and $500,000.
