Request for Lease proposal (RLP) with exhibits attached to the RLP for a 20-year lease of 4,500-5,000 Net Usable Square Foot (NUSF) of space for a Veterans Outreach Center. This will have a 5-year firm term and a 15-year soft term with termination rights after the firm term. The delineated area is as follows: North Starting at the intersection of Williams St. and Union Rd. go north onto Union Rd., merge right onto No. Forest Rd. West left on Sheridan Drive, then enter Interstate 290 going west. South merge onto Interstate 190 south. East merge onto Interstate 90 east, exit onto Williams St. going east. This will be a full-service lease to include all utilities, cleaning services, security monitoring and all other requirements of the RLP. Please pay particular attention to the requirements of the RLP. The proposals are due on 5/18/2023 by 3pm EST.
