The Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 02 intends to solicit from a single source IAW 13.106(b) to obtain an Implementation Specialist. Period of performance: Base: 11/1/2023-10/31/2024 Option 1: 11/1/2024-10/31/2025 Option 2: 11/1/2025-10/31/2026 Basic description of the requirement: The Contractor shall provide fiscal oversight to the VA project lead for GRECC Connect that includes developing an aggregated project budget and individual site budgets as requested. Contractor will maintain all fiscal related documents as revised and oversee need for future modifications. The contractor will complete all required GRECC Connect fiscal reports per ORH guidelines and submit to project lead for review and submission. The contractor will educate all new GRECC Connect sites with initial budget preparation and required monthly reporting. The contractor will provide regular and ongoing mentorship to collaborative sites to ensure continued success in this initiative. This will include scheduled individual calls, as needed check-ins and group meetings to promote shared learning. Contractor must have the ability to begin consulting with no delay, experience consulting on the GRECC Connect Project, and have mentoring experience at VHA sites. Place of Performance: James J.
