The purpose of this amendment is to answer vendor questions, revise SCA Wage Determination, extend the close date of Combined Synopsis/Solicitation 36C24223Q1198 to allow for vendors to review this amendment. Quote submissions shall now be submitted on or before Wednesday, October 25th, 2023, 12:00pm EST. Please see combined vendor questions below and Government answers in red. Who is the incumbent? Provided post-award. We are unable currently to meet the SERGE capability at section B.3.1.1, E. of the PWS. I assume if this remains to be the case, we would not be qualified to bid this work? Having the ability to look at the ladder logic of the PLCs is a very important aspect of maintaining our elevators. Looking at the PLC s is not something that the contractor should be required to perform on a daily basis, but when components need to be swapped out or troubleshooting needs to take place the contractor must have this ability. It is my understanding that the current contractor has not supplied the VA with a service tool for the SERGE equipment? The incumbent has not supplied the VA with any type of service tools, it is up to the prospective contractor to have the necessary tools and equipment. Attached is an updated SCA Wage Determination 1986-0364 that shall be incorporated rather than SCA Wage Determination 2015-4147 that was posted with original solicitation. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
