Looking at the PLC s is not something that the contractor should be required to perform on a daily basis, but when components need to be swapped out or troubleshooting needs to take place the contractor must have this ability. It is my understanding that the current contractor has not supplied the VA with a service tool for the SERGE equipment? The incumbent has not supplied the VA with any type of service tools, it is up to the prospective contractor to have the necessary tools and equipment. Attached is an updated SCA Wage Determination 1986-0364 that shall be incorporated rather than SCA Wage Determination 2015-4147 that was posted with original solicitation.
