This firm-fixed price requirement is for third party semi-annual and annual inspections, annual pressure reliefs, and Quinquennial full load testing on elevators and dumbwaiters at the Buffalo VA Medical Center located at 3495 Bailey Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14215, and the Batavia VA Medical Center located at 222 Richmond Avenue, Batavia, NY 14020. The period of performance is from 10/02/2023 to 09/30/2024 including four (4) option years. Contractors and their certified technicians shall follow all applicable New York State laws and provide a Qualification of Elevator Inspectors (QEI). This requirement is being solicited as a small business set aside under NAICS code 541350. This requirement is being solicited as a small business set-aside.
