This request for information (RFI) is posted for market research purposes only and is not a solicitation. The Northport VA Medical Center, 79 Middleville Road, Northport, NY 11768-2200 is seeking qualified sources that can provide Monthly Service to our restroom odor control units at the Medical Center. This Service requirement shall include rental of up to 100 units and monthly service to check battery-operated and wall-mounted odor control units. Services include; battery replacement, fragrance refills for each odor dispensing unit and changeout of all broken units. These units are installed in patient care area restrooms. Period of performance is 12/26/2023 12/25/2024 with the provision of four (4) option years. The NAICS code is 561720. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement of no more than 5 pages to Dolores.Sachuk-Thompson@va.gov and reference RFI 1654030 in the subject line. If there is sufficient interest, a solicitation shall be posted to GSA eBuy or Contract Opportunities on SAM.gov. Responses are due Wednesday September 6, 2023 at 12:00 PM (noon) EST.
