Presolicitation Notice Presolicitation Notice Page 4 of 4 Presolicitation Notice *=Required Field Presolicitation Notice Page 1 of 4 The Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 02 intends to solicit from a single source to obtain a full-service agreement off GSA Contract GS07F0031T in support of existing Viewpoint Sensors. Period of performance: 12 months base and four 12 months option periods. Base: 9/01/2023-8/31/2024 Option Year 1: 9/01/2024-8/31/2025 Option Year 2: 9/01/2025-8/31/2026 Option Year 3: 9/01/2026-8/31/2027 Option Year 4: 9/01/2027-8/31/2028 Basic description of the requirement: The Northport VA Medical Center currently maintains and operates approximately 250 Viewpoint Sensors for continuous 24 x 7, 365 day temperature monitoring. The Viewpoint Sensors are currently owned by the Northport VA Medical Center, but they require continuous software monitoring and extended hardware/software support. This contract will address continuous temperature monitoring services, repairs for existing sensors if required, and continuous hardware/software support. Vendor must have manufacturer certification to service and maintain the devices and have access to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) parts, manuals, and schematics to perform the service. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by August 14, 2023 at 10:00AM Eastern Standard Time (EST). The Department of Veterans Affairs will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice of intent. Only written responses from responsible sources will be considered. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award.
