Page 1 of 1 NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: - Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 2 (NCO 2) intends to award a sole source contract award to TransLogic Corporation for the upgrade/modernization service of the pneumatic tube system at the Buffalo VA Medical Center from 9/1/2023 to 8/31/2024. The NAICS code is 811210. - This requirement is to provide Nexus System and Panel upgrades, including four (4) hours of training, and a one (1) year software maintenance agreement. - TransLogic is the only known authorized provider of services who can satisfy all the above requirements in the Buffalo, NY area for this procurement. - THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES, however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification prior to the response due date and time. If no responses are received, the government will proceed with the award. Responses are due by July 25th, 2023 at 12:00 EST. Responses shall be submitted via email to Nathan.northrup@va.gov.
