Arc Flash Analysis for the Stratton VA Medical Center (VAMC), Albany NY. The buildings shall include Building 1, and buildings, 2, 3, 4, 5, 14A-D, 21, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 33, 34, 51, 53, 54, 55, 56, 60, 61, 62, & 67. The study shall include the entire electrical system/s (both normal and emergency). It shall begin at the incoming utility electrical service (for the normal system) and at the emergency generators (for the emergency system) and continue through to each branch circuit panelboard, motor control center or motor control panel in each building. The purpose of this study is so that the facility electrical systems will be in compliance with VHA Directive 1028 and NFPA 70E (2021) which requires an arc flash analysis every five years. The last arc flash analysis was accomplished by Eaton in 2006 as part of their power system study. All Interested Vendors must review attachment in its entirety and complete.
