The following question (Q:) was received in response to solicitation 36C24223Q0941. The answer (A:) from the facility is posted below the question. Q: “Will both the Buffalo and Batavia inspections be performed during the same visit in November and May (excluding the 5 Year tests)? Or will each location have their own individual visits in November and May?” A: The inspections for both locations can be done during the same trip. I don’t want to do them simultaneously because the maintenance contractor has both facilities and that my put a strain on their staffing levels, basically they can do Buffalo and then go to Batavia or vice versa. They also don’t need to be done during the same visit. All that matters is the inspections are performed during the month we require them. THE RESPONSE DATE TO THIS SOLICITATION HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO 07/27/2023 AT 12:00 EST. QUESTIONS SHOULD BE SENT TO CONTRACT SPECIALIST DANIEL ZIELINKSI AT DANIEL.ZIELINSKI@VA.GOV.
