This solicitation 36C24223Q0929 is established to fulfill a requirement for Environmental and Personnel Testing Supplies, Testing, and Reporting for the following VA facilities: The Syracuse VAMC, VA Healthcare System of the Finger Lakes (Canandaigua and Bath VAMCs), and The Western NY VA Healthcare System (Buffalo and Batavia VAMCs). This requirement is 100% set-aside for Small Business Entities. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract via which the aforementioned VA facilities can place task orders against for testing supplies, testing, and reporting of results. Please refer to the detailed Statement of Work and Evaluation Factors within the attached solicitation. Pricing shall be submitted by completing the attached pricing spreadsheet. Evaluation of price will be based on the estimated quantities entered on the spreadsheet.
