Responses to this Sources Sought must be in writing. The Bath VA Medical Center 76 Veterans Avenue Bath, NY 14810 has a requirement for a contractor to provide quarterly preventative maintenance and inspection of the following fire alarm systems in October, January, April, and July: IFC 2020 Fire Control Panel located in Building 104 IFC 320 Fire Control Panels located in Buildings 3, 7, 9, 10, 14, 15, 17, 18, 24, 31, 32, 35, 38, 39, 41, 42, 44, 75, 84, 92, 103, 108 & 1301 IFC2-640 Fire Control Panels located in Buildings 29A, 30, 34 & 78 IFC2-3030 Fire Control Panels located in Buildings 33 & 76 System Print Capabilities The contractor shall provide semi-annual preventative maintenance and inspection of the following fire alarm systems in January and July: Metasys Front End located in Building 14 JNCA-2 Network annunciators in Buildings 14 & 44 IFI workstation located in Building 14 Battery replacement (July Only) Only certified fire protection technicians shall perform inspection services in accordance with National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) guidelines. The NAICS Code is 561621 Security System Services (except Locksmiths) with a Small Business size standard of $22 million. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the Canandaigua VA Medical Center. This is not a solicitation.
