This Sources Sought Notice is not a request for formal proposals or quotes. It is neither a solicitation announcement nor a request for proposals or quotes and does not obligate the Government to award a contract. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. Responses to this Sources Sought must be in writing. The Syracuse VA Medical Center 800 Irving Ave. Syracuse, NY 13210 has a requirement for a contractor to the disposal of approximately 15,000 gallons of fuel that is non-compliant for USEPA CAA regulations located in two above ground storage tanks. Both tanks shall be cleaned, all fuel and fuel contaminated residue transported and disposed of in accordance with all applicable NY State and USEPA rules and regulations. The contractor shall provide all tools, parts, equipment and labor required to complete all required tasks. All work shall be completed within 90 days of award. The NAICS Code is 562910 Remediation Services with a Small Business size standard of $25 million. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the Syracuse VA Medical Center. This is not a solicitation.
