Please note that this is a solicitation notice synopsis, the Government is seeking quotes for the urgent requirement below. Network Contracting Office (NCO) 2 of the Department of Veterans Affairs is conducting a total small business set-aside solicitation for qualified firms capable of providing and installing one (1) 400-ton air cooled chiller and two (2) 200-ton air cooled chillers for the Veteran s Affairs Medical Center 423 East 23rd Street, New York, NY 10010. The Contractor shall provide all assembly necessary to connect all chilled water piping from the three (3) air cooled chillers to the Manhattan VAMC main chilled water system. The Contractor shall provide pumps, hoses, and adapters for all associated equipment with capacity that is sufficient to circulate the chilled water throughout the building and provide cooling to the Manhattan VAMC as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW) found in RFQ: 36C24223Q0848. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 532490 with a Size Standard of $40,000,000.00 in revenue. This is a total small business set-aside acquisition. Period of Performance: Installation shall be completed by July 10, 2023. Three (3) month rental period will commence immediately upon commissioning, approximately July 10, 2023 through October 10, 2023. Removal of rental equipment shall be complete by October 19, 2023.
