The first purpose of this amendment is to provide notice that the Scope of Work (SOW) has been revised and updated for this solicitation. Please see the new attached SOW and note the highlighted changes that have been made in sections B.3, B.3.1, B.3.4, and the addition of B.3.5. The secondary purpose of this amendment is to provide notice that the clause 52.223-2, Affirmative Procurement of Biobased Products Under Service and Construction Contracts (SEPT 2013) has been added to the solicitation document. Please see the revised attached solicitation document with the added clause which has been highlighted for ease of reference. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
