Answer: Yes, there should be a fixed camera on the cart, monitor and addressing system The encoder/decoder for the mobile cart, is the sole purpose to have interface for the auditorium systems? Answer: If the encoder can be utilized for other remote locations, then we would like to investigate those option further Will the projector be mounted or part of the mobile cart? Answer: Will not be part of the Cart Do you require the mobile cart to have room for a Laptop of just the capability to make the connection? Answer: Needs space to have laptop on cart. Will there be data and power connections located where the monitors and speakers are to be installed? Answer: If that is what is need, then yes it would be provided. Would need that spelled out in the proposal where, and why needed. What type of mounts do you require for the monitors, flat or articulating? Answer: Articulating Does the mobile cart need to have a speaker system also? Answer: Yes, explained in Q2.
