This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes and shall NOT be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government at this time. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine interest and capability of potential qualifications of Small Businesses firms relative to the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 334510. The Department of Veteran s Affairs is seeking firms for functionally Brand name equipment that are authorized distributors, to all the following: STATEMENT OF WORK REQUIREMENTS Currently, the VA Hudson Valley Healthcare System s (HVHCS) Castle Point VAMC performs Swallowing function testing on our fluoro unit with Speech Pathology. These exams need to be recorded, reviewed, and interpreted by the Speech pathologist. The TIMS box will give them the ability to do this and send images and reports to the PACS system. The TIMS box is standard for these types of exams and will give a more streamlined workflow for our current system and can be transferred to future Flour systems. It will make the exams faster, safer and allow for better interpretation. The contractor must provide all equipment, hardware, software, labor, tools, parts, travel, onsite service, and remote support needed to provide the following listed items or tasks: TIMS 2000 SP Mobile Cart Package - With Audio Capture Mobile Cart with a 27-inch medical grade touch screen monitor Ability to connect TIMS to one (1) modality One license of TIMS Connect free for one year One license of TIMS Review Software for reviewing and editing studies on any (1) hospital workstation 4 hours of onsite installation, and up to 4 hours of onsite training One (1) year of Support and Maintenance at no additional charge THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION AND DOES NOT OBLIGATE THE GOVERNMENT TO ISSUE A SOLICITATION. Please be advised that the Government will NOT pay for any information submitted under this announcement.
