Based on the information gathered during our site visit, I am under the impression the need is primarily Laborers for shoveling, operating snow blowers and spreading salt. Can we please check with COR about the plow truck requirements? During our site visit it was discussed plow trucks will be needed for this requirement. If you take a look at the price schedule line items was included for plow truck services. Line 1004, 2004, 3004, 4004 at East Orange the quantity is 1056; is that cost per hour per person OR all-inclusive of the whole crew per hour? Please refer to the price schedule for line items 1004, 2004, 3004 & 4004 the unit of measure for this line item is in hours. Line 1008, 2008, 3008, 4008 at Lyons the quantity is 200; is that cost per hour per person OR all-inclusive of the whole crew per hour? Please refer to the price schedule for line items 1008, 2008, 3008 & 4008 the unit of measure for this line item is in hours. Line 1007, 2007, 3007, 4007 the quantity is blank, is that because the equipment will not be needed as described during the site visit? For Line items 0007, 1007, 2007, 3007 & 4007 it has been determined by the service for the base year to add 24 hours to this requirement for each option the total will be 72 hours these hours can be increase but it will be determined on the snow fall. The vendor noticed the service provided less hours (200) for line items 0008, 1008, 2008, 3008 & 4008 for Lyons. Lyons VA Medical Center is a bigger campus then East Orange VA Medical Center. It was determined to increase the hours to 528 for the base, and 1056 hours for each option year. The small price schedule located on page 20 reflects 3/01/2023 03/30/2023 this only reflects a month. The small price schedule located on page 20 has been modified to reflect 03/20/2023 09/30/2023 the base year will only be for 7 months.
