Pre-Solicitation Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 02 (NCO 2), intends to solicit quotes from contractors for the Center of Excellence for Suicide Prevention (COE) to conduct a nationwide cross-sectional survey for the Canandaigua Campuses VAMC, 400 Fort Hill Ave, Canandaigua, NY 14424. The VA anticipates posting an unrestricted RFQ to SAM.gov on or about March 9, 2023. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from beta.SAM.gov, and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the quote submission process. Prospective Offerors are encouraged to register their interest in the solicitation on the SAM.gov website (https://www. sam.gov) so that they are notified of the issuance of the solicitation and any amendments.
