The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to questions asked by vendors for combined synopsis/solicitation number 36C24223Q0273. See questions/answers below: Is a HepaCart required for this contract? No. Does either facility have a current drawing showing the location of where the dampers are supposed to be, or is it intention for a complete survey of the HVAC system at all fire/smoke barriers to locate them all at both facilities? We have a lot of new and renovated spaces that would not be on any drawings from the past. It would be best value to the Government to get the most accurate account by having the new vendor plot all locations on currently supplied CAD drawings. Do you know the size of the buildings? We cannot determine how many dampers are in each of these buildings and would only be able to provide per damper price if it is unknown. Per damper pricing is acceptable. This solicitation deadline is this Friday, February 10th, 2023, at 12:00 EST. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
