NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 2 (NCO 2) intends to award a sole source open market purchase order to Ward Apparatus LLC., 1250 Schweizer Road, Horseheads, NY, 14845 for emergency fire truck repair at the Canandaigua VA Medical Center, 400 Fort Hill Avenue, Canandaigua, NY, 14424. NAICS code is 811121 Automotive Body, Paint, and Interior Repair and Maintenance and the classification code is J042 Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment Fire Fighting, Rescue, and Safety Equipment; Environmental Protection Equipment and Materials with a small business size standard of $8 million. THIS IS NOT A NOTICE FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any business that believes it can meet the requirements above, may give written notice prior to the response due date and time.
